The original used Land Rover Freelander had a much troubled birth due to many problems with initial technical specifications and logistical issues. And this is why the used Land Rover Freelander 2 appeared as an improved version and a vehicle with one of more interesting development stories behind. The used Freelander 2 got more stylish design and higher quality of materials and finishing. The car was available with two versions of engine – diesel and petrol one. The oil burner is a 2.2 litre, four cylinder turbo diesel capable of developing some 159 BHP. The petrol version is represented by a 3.2 litre power plant able to generate a horsepower of 232. The used Land Rover interior presents much more comfort than its immediate predecessor. Rear seat accommodation is a whole lot better offering both more space and luggage capacity. Despite not being cheap, the used Land Rover Freelander 2 is worth money for its overall road performance.
